Eric Wolske is a fine arts painter who lives and works in Healdsburg, CA. This collection of paintings is a continuation of works, from his series begun in New York, exploring the abstraction of texts and languages. His unique palette is deeply engaging for the viewer with the ceaseless uncovering of detail through marks and layering. Born in Ohio and based in Sonoma County, Wolske attended Yale Summer School of Art and Music and received his BFA from Indiana University and MFA from Hunter College in New York City. Eric Wolske is a 2024-2025 grant recipient of the Pollock-Krasner foundation.
